Mr. Gabriel Garcia-Fernandez started playing volleyball at
age 12 with Borinquén Coqui Volleyball Club in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
He has been a player of the U19 and U21 Puerto Rico National Teams
since the age of 15 years old. Participating in the NORCECA and Pan-American
Cups regional tournaments as well as the 2015 U19 FIVB World Championship
in Argentina where he was ranked as the PUR team best scorer.

More recently Mr.
Garcia was named the team captain of the U19 and U21 National Teams which
participated on this year Pan-American Cups. It was in this Pan-American Cup
tournament which took place in Mexico that the U19 PUR National team won the
bronze medal and qualified for the U19 FIVB World Championship in Bahrein
and where Mr. Garcia was a protagonist.

Among his most recent
achievement as a National team participant, Mr. Garcia, became the first ever
male player to reach the 40-point plateau in an official NORCECA or Pan-
American Cup tournament to reach the threshold of 43 points in a single game.
As a result of his outstanding performance in the tournament he was named
"Best Scorer" and "Best Opposite” of the tournament. He is
considered one of the Top 50 high school prospects in the USA, as mentioned in
the 2017 Boys Fab 50 list of high school All-Americans voted by a panel of NCAA
men's Division I and II coaches.
